1. Will I get to see my portrait before it’s printed?
Yes! We send you a detailed digital proof of your portrait for approval before printing. This ensures you’re 100% happy with the design, background color, font, and orientation. We won’t start production until you give the final “OK.”
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Once you approve your proof, production usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after production. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your portrait is on its way.
3. Can you create portraits for more than one pet?
Absolutely! We can feature multiple pets in the same portrait. For one pet, we use a vertical orientation, and for more than one pet, we automatically use a horizontal orientation for the best composition and overall look. Just upload clear photos of each pet and let us know which name belongs to which — we’ll arrange them beautifully to create a balanced and personalized design.
4. Do you accept returns or refunds?
Because each portrait is custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if your order arrives with any issues related to print or frame quality, please contact us at info@customille.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to make it right.
